Returns & Replacements

✅ Damaged or Defective Products – If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos or videos as proof, and we will replace the item at no extra cost.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items – Since all our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind after placing the order
• Incorrect images, text, or details provided by the customer

Order Cancellations

• Order cancellations cannot be accepted after placing an order, as our team begins production immediately to ensure timely delivery.
