Orders & Payments

All orders must be placed through our official channels.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as production starts immediately.

Payments must be made in full before production begins. We accept only credit cards and bank transfers.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Customization & Engraving

Customers are responsible for providing accurate details (photos, text, and other customization requirements).

We are not responsible for errors in engraving caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.

By submitting an image or text for engraving, you confirm that you either own the copyright or have obtained explicit permission from the rightful owner to use it for this purpose. You also agree that 3DCrystals.lk is not liable for any copyright infringements resulting from the use of unauthorized images or text.

Production & Delivery

Our typical production time is 4-14 business days depending on the artworks, excluding delivery time.

Delivery times vary based on location and availability. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Returns 

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless:
 ✅ The product arrives damaged or defective.
 ✅ There is a mistake in the engraving that differs from the details provided.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on our website are owned by 3DCrystals.lk and cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Customer-provided images remain their property, but we may use them for marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise.

Liability & Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted and may have slight variations, which are not considered defects.

We are not responsible for:

  1. Delays caused by third-party couriers.
  2. Loss or damage due to incorrect handling by the customer.
  3. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

We collect and store personal information only for order processing and customer service.
